TONY© nominee, Willy Falk, has appeared in operas and operatic concerts with The Lyrique-en-Mer Festival, The Hawaii Opera Theatre, The Acadiana Symphony, The Orchestra of St. Peter by the Sea, The Di Capo Opera Theatre, The Shreveport Opera, The Augusta Opera, Opera New Hampshire, The Chatham Opera, The Colorado Symphony, The National Orchestra of Lyon, and The Opera at Florham. Recently, he sang the title role in Les Contes d’Hoffmann for the Lyrique-en-Mer Festival in France, Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi for The Stony Hill Players, and understudied Turridu in Cavalleria Rusticana for the Di Capo Opera Theatre. He appeared as Giles Cory in Robert Ward’s Crucible for MEZZO Television in Hungary. He also sang Sam in Susannah at the Di Capo Opera.
On Broadway, Willy created the role of Chris in Miss Saigon. Willy also appeared in , Les Misérables, Marilyn, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Starlight Express, Little Shop Of Horrors, A Chorus Line and Evita.
Willy was first introduced to opera music as a teenager when he spent the first of many summers with family in Italy.
In concert work, audiences from a wide variety of musical backgrounds respond to the beauty of his voice and are moved by his heartfelt interpretations.
Willy is a graduate of both Harvard and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
